SPA - home treatments

You can have a spa treatment at home, following all the steps, as in the salon.


It is advisable to eat a hearty meal an hour before the procedure, and after it do not eat for an hour (in the evening - a light salad and fruits), but drink a lot, better water and green tea.


Prepare the body for the next steps. To do this, draw water into the bath at about 430C from the shower, while hanging the shower on a holder on the wall so that steam comes from the stream of water pouring from above. You can mix a deeply moisturizing mixture of yogurt and crushed fruit, for a pronounced nourishing effect, add brewed rolled oats. Apply the mixture evenly on the body, gently wrap the film over the entire surface of the body, lie down on the sheet, wrap yourself in it, and on top with a warm blanket. Turn on relaxing music in advance, light an incense stick - you are waiting for 30 minutes of he alth, benefit and pampering in your own bed.
