Everything in the world is subject to the energy of thought. Any idea, any object, before taking on a form, first appears in the form of a thought. To learn to think positively, you must learn to control your thoughts. This, of course, is not easy. But there are ways to help you put your mind and mood in order.

OLEG SUS: A MAN IS WHAT HE THINKS

Everything in the world is subject to the energy of thought. Any idea, any object, before taking on a form, first appears in the form of a thought. To learn to think positively, you must learn to control your thoughts. This, of course, is not easy. But there are ways to help you put your mind and mood in order.

1. DISTRIBUTE DEBTS. Think about who you have to thank and what debts it is important for you to repay. Enter the new year easily, without a load on your shoulders, on your feet, in your heart. Thus, you can release energy that will help you further achieve your goals, carry out your plans. Maybe also because, having freed yourself from the burden of debt, you will be better prepared for the gifts of fate, which should surely be waiting for you somewhere nearby.

2. WRITE to your parents. Establish contacts with family and loved ones. If you are always in touch with your parents, write to those relatives whom you have not seen for a long time. Because your family is your foundation, only by relying on it can you grow. Only on it can you build something.

3. CELEBRATE THE WAY you like. Accept how you feel during the holidays. For different people, holidays are completely different states. The most tragic thing is when a holiday for a person is a natural state of sadness, when he is moping, and he is forced to rejoice, sing, dance, put on a stupid cap, throw confetti. And he has a discrepancy between what his heart strives for and what those around him are forced to do. Celebrate in a way that makes YOU happy.

4. BRING your thoughts in order. Focus and think about what exactly in your thoughts about yourself and about others can interfere with you. After all, a person is not only what he eats, but also what he thinks. So reset your thoughts. Think of something that makes you sad and reformulate that thought. For example, an apple: suppose it makes you sad - this is the last summer apple, there will be no more … Or: there is a worm in every apple that eats it. Second state: reshape this thought into a form that gives you a calm, neutral feeling: this is an ordinary apple, there is nothing wrong with it. And if there is a worm in this apple, then this is wonderful - it means that it is natural. And third: an apple - yes, it's just wonderful, how beautiful and tasty it is, if I eat an apple and enjoy it, then I'm still able to enjoy life.

5. FEEL like a child. New Year is a family holiday, when children are especially happy, this is a fairy tale holiday. At this time, we, adults, can take advantage of the opportunity to feel like little children, to be in a fairy tale. It's like believing in Santa Claus again, that he exists. In general, the New Year is a good occasion to start life from scratch, a milestone that will help us not to forget exactly when we started this new life. You can even later celebrate an anniversary, for example, the 10th anniversary of my new life, is also a good reason to celebrate.
