I encourage you to stop procrastinating and start with the four simple exercises shown in this article. I promise that by doing these exercises, you will be able: firstly, to more painlessly get involved in a new lifestyle, and secondly, to feel that very “muscle joy” that you have heard so much about before. The exercises below target the major muscle groups: lower body (legs, glutes), upper body (triceps, chest, shoulders), abs (upper and lower).

These 4 exercises are the bare minimum, of course. But with their help, you can begin to transform your body in the direction of the very changes that you have always dreamed of. You will need no more than 15 minutes a day to complete the exact number of sets and reps that I recommend.

One of the main advantages of these exercises is that they practically do not require complex sports equipment. All it takes is the minimum amount of your discipline.

You can perform this complex at work, on vacation, during a business trip, at home and even while traveling (for example, on a plane or train).
