Cooking time: 30 minutes

Quantity: 4 servings

4 medium red potatoes

3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil

800g fat-free beef fillet

½ art. tablespoons dried tarragon or parsley

1 medium feathered onion, preferably shallots (finely chopped)

¾ cup dry red wine

300g spinach

How to cook beef steak

1. Wash potatoes (with skin on), dry and cut into large slices.

2. Spray a baking sheet with oil, put potatoes in it. Mix 2 teaspoons oil with ¼ teaspoon s alt and ¼ teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper. Pour this dressing over the potatoes and shake to distribute evenly. Roast the potatoes for about 25 minutes (until the slices are soft and golden), turning occasionally.

3. Cut the meat into thin pieces and rub them with a mixture of dried herbs and ¼ teaspoon s alt.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 teaspoons of oil and fry the meat on both sides until it remains soft. Put the meat on a dish.

4. In the same pan, add the onion and fry for 1 minute, stirring, then pour in the wine, bring to a boil and cook the sauce for a couple of minutes.

5. Stew spinach after defrosting and squeezing. Serve the meat drizzled with wine sauce, potatoes and spinach. Beef steak in the pan is ready!
