I have never been on a diet in my life. I am totally against any diet. In my opinion, eating in moderation all the time is much better for the figure and for he alth than periodically giving a shock to the body, and then not sticking to the diet and breaking into gluttony.

In my youth, I was not at all interested in excess weight: I was asthenic thin. And after I gave birth to a son, I added 20 kg. Then I bounced back in two months, but not thanks to diets, but because I immediately went to work. The only thing I did then for the figure was abdominal exercises. As I remember now: a patronage nurse came to us and asked: “Where is mother?” And the mother shakes the press on the floor, next to the crib where the baby sleeps. When I gave birth to Masha, I gained 20 kg again. At 42, losing weight was no longer so easy, but still I didn’t go on diets - I just didn’t eat after six in the evening. And now I don't follow that rule either. I think the smartest and most effective approach is to listen to your body. There are people who eat at night and do not get better, while others will not be saved by any diet if they eat dinner after six. It is necessary to study the biorhythms of your body and correctly distribute food over time.

For example, I feel great and lose weight when I eat once a day. Why not? They say that you can’t do this and you need to eat fractionally every three hours. And that's the best for me! The main thing is that there is no feeling of hunger. It should be washed down or eaten with fruit. Do you love junk food? I love her so much. And I eat it regularly, but I do not get better. Because I eat separately. For example, I cook duck enchantingly. It's very simple: I take a kilogram of pitted prunes, stuff it into a duck, and spread what's left around it. I put it all in the oven and put it in the oven. It is only necessary to periodically water the duck with juice, then it will be saturated with a sweetish sauce, and the prunes will be baked. If such a duck is eaten with fresh cabbage salad, then there will be no problems. But if you crack it with a baked potato (which, of course, is ingeniously delicious), then there will be problems.

Don't like duck - try my fish recipe. Any low-fat fish will do, and the cheaper it is, the tastier it is - hake or ice. Pour the fish with soy sauce and hold for two hours, and if there is no time, then it is quite possible to leave it overnight. No s alt or pepper needed. And when the fish is marinated, fry it in a hot pan with oil. Fry until crispy on both sides, cover for two minutes, and you're done. The fish will be golden and very tasty. I love making cutlets, and instead of bread I throw everything in them - cabbage, zucchini, leftover cheese, roughly chopped onions. Then the cutlets will turn out very soft and juicy, and, in addition, there will be no mixing of proteins and carbohydrates. Which means you won't get better.

I also like hodgepodge - it's generally elementary. It is necessary to remove the skin from the tomatoes, fry them. You get a great sauce. Separately fry the cabbage, add the sauce and fry again all together. Never cover the cabbage with a lid so that it is fried, not stewed. If there are stupid sausages at home that no one wants to eat, you can throw them into a hodgepodge. And if no one wants it anyway, then you can add boiling water, stew, throw in olives - and you get a thick hodgepodge soup.

And spaghetti with lemon juice and various sauces? What about vegetarian pilaf with vegetables? It's all simple, useful and very tasty. In food, as in everything else, the most important thing is harmony and balance. Disharmonious people go to extremes: they are either afraid to put anything in their mouths and bring themselves to exhaustion, or they eat nervously so that life turns into an endless struggle with being overweight.

Balanced people love themselves, and their figure, and food. They love to cook and go to cafes, because food is a great stress reliever, you just need to treat it right.
