  • 50ml white rum

  • 45ml vodka
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 20g honey
  • about 30ml soda water (depending on glass size)
  • 30ml pomegranate juice
  • 1 slice of lemon

Mix all ingredients except soda and pomegranate juice in a shaker. Pour the cocktail into a glass with ice. Add soda and pomegranate juice. Garnish with a lemon.

AQUAMARINE

  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons ginger liqueur (such as Creme de Gingembre)
  • ½ glass of apple juice
  • 2 teaspoons Blue Curasao

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, strain the cocktail into a glass with ice. Decorate with fruit.

PEACH MAY TAI

  • 15ml dark rum
  • 30ml Bacardi Peach Red rum
  • 30 ml orange liqueur
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 7ml almond liqueur
  • 7ml syrup (equal parts hot water and sugar)
  • 4 peach slices

Put 3 peach slices into a shaker and pour over the syrup. Add ice and the rest of the ingredients. Stir and pour into a glass. Garnish with a slice of peach.

MARTINI BLUE MOON

  • 5 tbsp. spoons of vodka
  • 1 tbsp spoon Cointreau
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice
  • a few drops of Blue Curacao

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice, pour the cocktail into a chilled glass garnished with sugar around the rim. Throw an orange wedge into the glass.

LEMONISHES

  • 5 tbsp. spoons of lemon vodka
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of champagne
  • 1 tbsp a spoonful of sugar syrup
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice
  • mint leaves

Make sugar syrup. To do this, combine a glass of granulated sugar with half a glass of water. Boil for 5 minutes, cool before use. Shake all cocktail ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a chilled sugar-rimmed glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

  • 1 tbsp spoon Cointreau
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons lime or lemon juice

Shake tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, ice in a shaker, then pour the cocktail into a chilled glass with a s alt rim. Add grenadine, garnish with lime.
