When it comes to weight loss, grilling in your garden (or kitchen) is one of the best ways to fight. Why? Yes, because on the grill, fat from food flows down to the coals during cooking. The dish retains its flavor but loses calories.
Renowned American nutritionist Fiona Hunter says: “Grilling is a great way to get rid of excess fat and add great, sometimes incomparable taste to food.”
However, you need to be careful not to "burn" your food. "Research has shown that lightly seared or overcooked meat increases the risk of cancer, so it's best to use lean cuts of beef along with a lean marinade to prevent flame flares," recommends Fiona Hunter.
She also recommends consuming at least 300 ml of skimmed milk every day. S alt should not be added to meals, as this increases the risk of high blood pressure.
