Looking like a young girl in her forties? Cindy Crawford does it.
Looking like a young girl in her forties? Top model Cindy Crawford does it.
She is 43 and has two children. But who can give this woman her years? Journalists turned to Cindy Crawford's personal trainer Valerie Waters to find out the beauty secrets of the legendary top model. It turned out that personal stylists, masseurs and expensive procedures are not required to achieve and maintain such a stunning figure.
"Cindy thinks it's important to eat small meals throughout the day so you never feel hungry," says Valerie. She has a snack between breakfast and lunch. Never hungry before eating. And it doesn't give her the opportunity to eat more than normal.”
So, Crawford sticks to a diet of five meals a day. With its help, the digestive processes in the body are accelerated, and the feeling of hunger does not occur. Studies have shown that it is with this diet that the metabolism reaches its peak in the body.
"Cindy remembers to drink plenty of water every day," continues Valerie. - I personally drink at least three liters a day. For us, this is an exercise that does not require any effort, it can be called pleasant. Water flushes out toxins from the body that contribute to the formation of excess weight. These toxins are abundantly supplied to our body through caffeine, alcohol and sugar.
Finally, there are always a lot of vegetables and salad on Cindy's plate - they take up exactly half of the serving. A quarter are low-fat protein foods (like eggs, chicken, fish, or red meat), and the remaining quarter are so-called “brown carbs,” which include brown rice, pasta, or bread.
