German scientist Dr. Claudia Wolf proved the well-known truth about the woman behind the wheel
65 men and women were involved in the experiments. Each participant in the experiment was given an Audi A6 and a 5x3 parking space. They were asked to park in three different ways: in front of the car, in the back, and parallel to the curb (the latter is often needed when the car is parked somewhere on the side of the road). A panel of experts then evaluated the neatness and accuracy of parking.
It turned out that men in all three ways overtook women. In addition, the ladies parked longer and less carefully than the stronger sex. And parking next to the curb caused them the most difficulty.
Although all participants had different driving experiences, the results of studies show that men have higher coordination and spatial orientation, as Dr. Wolf noted, grieving. She emphasized that her research, however, does not prove any superiority of men over women, except perhaps in the issue of car parking.
