The Obamas personally cooked dinner for the poor on Martin Luther King Day
The American president and his wife during one of the most popular American holidays visited a canteen for the homeless and the poor, where they immediately stood up to the stove. True, Michelle Obama conjured more over pots and pans, and her husband meekly carried out all the commands of the First Lady.
And then I decided to change my profession altogether, and from a cook I retrained into a waiter. The President began serving dishes prepared by his wife to hungry fellow citizens.
Michelle conjured over stew, fried chicken, boiled pasta and sliced cheese. The President's wife did all this with great skill. Unfortunately, she did not see the initial effect of her husband's appearance, plates in hand, in the dining room, where none of those present at all expected to see the head of America. Soon the daughters Malia and Sasha came to the aid of the father. And then Michelle herself went out to the people to share their problems with them at least for a few minutes.
By the way, a few days ago, Michelle Obama met with American children in the White House garden to teach them about he althy eating. “My whole family began to feel better when I began to give them more fresh fruits and vegetables, excluded processed foods and preservatives, and drastically reduced the amount of drinks containing sugar,” the first lady told schoolchildren. “And my daughters have become so engrossed in the idea that they now regularly read about the effects of food on he alth. They became the most active supporters of my diet. They agitate for her all those who come into their hands, even bodyguards.”
