Walking through the summer forest is always a pleasure, but to avoid trouble, be vigilant!
Ticks. A tick bite can threaten with tick-borne encephalitis or borreliosis. When going to the forest, wear long sleeves, a hat, trousers and boots. Use repellents: "Biban", "Gall-Rat", for children from 3 years old: "Off-child", "Biban-gel". If bitten by a tick, it can be removed at the emergency room. On the first day, you can make an injection of immunoglobulin (in Moscow at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute). Get an antibody test two weeks later. They independently remove the tick (which is unsafe) with tweezers, grabbing it close to the proboscis, gently tighten it, rotating around its axis. Ideally, the tick should be sent to the laboratory: they put it in a jar with a damp piece of cotton wool, store it in the refrigerator, and deliver it alive.
Snakes. There are even in the suburbs! Viper - a snake up to 75 cm, from gray to brown, with a dark zigzag. When meeting with her, no sudden movements! The number of those bitten is on the rise due to wildfires, deforestation and construction. If bitten by a viper, go to the hospital immediately. Before helping, you can begin to suck out the poison, which allows you to reduce its amount by a third. You need to drink a lot, take an antihistamine. The bite of a viper is not fatal, treatment started on time eliminates complications. The antidote is a serum that can be injected into a doctor.
Mushrooms and berries. Pale grebe is deadly. It's easy to know her. Her leg seems to come out of a white bag, her hat is white, pale green. False mushrooms or twins are also dangerous. In the white fungus, it is a gall mushroom, the hat of which is pink below, and on the cut it turns pink. In summer honey agaric, the plates on the cap are cream or brown, while in false honey agaric they are gray-yellow, greenish in color. False honeysuckle autumn - brick-red. Berries can also be poisonous: the fruits of the lily of the valley, which appear closer to autumn, the wolf's bast, whose berries are bright and seductive, the raven's eye, whose berry is like a large blueberry, only the leaves are not small, but wide. Watch out for children: they might swallow the bright berry!
