This Mexican sauce sometimes looks more like a salad because it's made with only fresh vegetables. We offer 5 different versions of salsa, which will be a great addition to hot dishes
Dice 5 small fleshy tomatoes (seeds removed), ½ small onion, 1 seedless chilli, 1 garlic clove and mix in a bowl. Fill with 2 tbsp. l. lime juice, 1 tbsp. l. olive oil, ½ tbsp. chopped cilantro, s alt.
Radishes & tomatoes
2 fresh cucumbers and 2 tomatoes cut into cubes. Chop ½ onion, 1 garlic clove, 2-3 spring onions, ½ tbsp. fresh mint. 6 pcs. cut the radish into half rings. Mix all ingredients, season 2 tbsp. l. lime juice, 1 tbsp. l. olive butter, ½ tbsp. chopped cilantro and s alt.
6-7 tomatoes (cut in half), 2 jalapenos (or 1 green chili without seeds), 1 onion (cut into quarters), 3 garlic cloves spread on a baking sheet, pour over 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, sprinkle with sea s alt and pepper. Bake at 200°C (15-20 minutes). Grind in a blender, adding 2 tbsp. l. lime juice and ½ tbsp. cilantro.
