On a warm summer day, take off your shoes and walk barefoot on the wet sand. Firstly, due to the effect on the active points of the feet, it is very beneficial for the whole organism. And secondly, you can conduct a rapid test, assess the condition of the feet and draw important conclusions.
Stand on the sand with both feet for 3-4 seconds so that the load is evenly distributed, and carefully examine the footprints.
- An imprint of almost the entire foot was left on the sand, and there is practically no bend on the inside. You have a low arch of the foot (flat feet). The difficulty is that when moving, the foot turns too much inward. This can lead to heel pain, shin injuries, and toe deformities. To reduce the load, give up shoes with high heels and flat soles in favor of fairly wide shoes with 3-4 cm heels, use orthopedic insoles, preferably made to order exactly for your foot.
- The imprint of the heel and toe is connected by a very thin line. You have a high arch of the foot and when you walk, the leg turns outward. Such a foot cannot soften the force of impact during movement, because of this, the back and knees suffer. Choose shoes with good cushioning, soft soles and arch support.
- There is a wide line between the heel and toe print, and the inside has a slight curve. You have a normal arch of the foot, and you can safely wear almost any stable shoe that does not compress your foot.
