Already for the sixth time "Ethnomir" invites friends and like-minded people to "Vegfest" to share knowledge about he althy eating, devote a few hours of wellness practices, meet artists and other famous people who adhere to vegetarianism, and just have a good time walking in the fresh air in the summer park.
This year, "Vegfest" will delight you with master classes in various areas of yoga from leading Moscow schools, the opportunity to visit sessions of healing massages, learn the martial arts of taijiquan and qigong, get personal consultation with an astrologer, take part in dance workshops and much more.
