How to make a wreath of flowers with your own hands
A cute flower wreath on your head will be the highlight of your summer look and the finishing touch in preparing for a romantic photo shoot in nature with friends or children. It's easy to make at home, just choose flowers and start creating!
How to make a wreath of flowers with your own hands
Clean all flowers and decorative twigs from unnecessary leaves, cut the stems, leaving 2-3 cm from the inflorescence. Neat tea roses, lavender, wild flowers and meadow herbs are perfect for a wreath.
Prepare thin ribbons, wire, scissors - all the extra tools you will need in the process of creating your masterpiece.
Connect the flowers into mini bouquets by wrapping the stems with a piece of ribbon or carefully tying them with wire.
Take a wire a little thicker than the previous one, which will serve as a frame. Tie a ribbon in the middle so that the two free edges are longer than the entire headband and hang down another 15-20 cm.
Attach the mini bouquets to the base by securing them with pieces of thin wire or ribbon.
When all the flowers are on the headband, check if they are holding up well. Tie the "unreliable" bouquets stronger by wrapping another layer of tape on top.
The wreath is ready! Use the remaining free ends of the tape to adjust the size of the rim. This way you can wear it yourself or give it to your little princess!
