Change the taste of regular butter with any of the proposed additions and serve with slices of toasted baguette, bread or crackers.

Where to start?
Remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature for an hour and a half. We will need 170 g for each of the options. Then mix the softened butter with the additions in a bowl, wrap in foil, cut into any desired shape and place in the refrigerator to set.
9 unique options for a new taste: choosing an additive
Sweet and spicy: 2 tbsp. berry jam, 2 tbsp. hot sauce or adjika, ¾ tsp. freshly ground black pepper and s alt to taste.
Ginger curry: 3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro, 1 green onion (white part), finely chopped, 2 tsp. grated fresh ginger, 2 tsp curry powder, s alt and freshly ground black pepper.
Blue cheese and horseradish: 40 g crumbled blue cheese (about 1/3 cup), 2 tbsp. chopped green onions, 1 tbsp. horseradish, freshly ground black pepper
Blackberry & Lime: 3 tbsp. blackberry jam, 1 tbsp each lime zest and lime juice.
Whisky, maple syrup and nuts: 1/3 tbsp. finely chopped roasted s alted almonds, 2 tbsp. maple syrup, 1.5 tbsp. whiskey.
Sweet paprika and sundried tomatoes: 0.5 tbsp sun dried tomatoes (blend in a blender to a smooth paste), 2 tsp. sweet paprika, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, s alt, freshly ground black pepper.
Fresh herbs: 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley, tarragon, mint, chives and dill, 1 chives (white part) finely chopped, s alt and freshly ground black pepper
Citruses and peppers: 1 tbsp. lime, lemon and orange zest, 1 large clove of garlic pressed through a press, 1 hot serrano pepper, rolled in a blender, s alt and freshly ground black pepper
Milk, chocolate and raspberries: 40 g finely chopped milk chocolate, 2 tbsp. raspberry jam, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
