You will need for 6 khachapuri:
- 600 g suluguni
- 300 g Imeritinsky cheese
- 6 small eggs
- 150g butter
- Grate both types of cheese. Take a fist-sized piece of dough (about 170 g), roll out on a floured board into an oval cake 5 mm thick.
- Sprinkle the rolled out cake with flour.
- Spread about 150 g of grated cheese in the middle of each tortilla, smooth, stepping back from the edge 1 cm.
- Connect and pinch the edges of the cake, give the khachapuri the shape of a boat.
- Turn the khachapuri seam down.
- In the middle of each "boat" make a longitudinal cut.
- Open the edges of the dough and add some more stuffing inside the khachapuri. Bake khachapuri in the oven at 220C until golden brown for 6-9 minutes. Break 1 small egg into the center of each khachapuri and add 25 g of butter, put in the oven for another 2-3 minutes - so that the protein thickens, then serve immediately.
