Draniki in a waffle iron

2 large potatoes (700 g) 2 tbsp. l. finely chopped green onions 4 large poached eggs boiled sausages or sausages vegetable oil for greasing
1. Heat the waffle iron. Peel the potatoes, grate them. With paper towels folded in 2-3 layers, wring out excess moisture from the potatoes, transfer to a bowl, adding green onions, s alt and pepper to taste.
2. Oil the waffle iron, spread a 1 cm layer of potato batter. Close the waffle iron, pressing the lid tightly, and bake for 12 minutes until browned and crispy. Also bake the rest of the potato pancakes in a waffle iron (so that they do not cool down, put them on a baking sheet in an oven heated to 110ºС). Serve with scrambled eggs and sausages.
Omelette in a waffle iron

¼ Art. flour 0.5 tsp baking powder ¼ tsp. s alt 4 large eggs 2 tbsp. l. olive oils 1 tbsp. diced boiled potatoes ½ tbsp. grated cheese (about 280 g) ¼ tbsp. chopped pickled capsicum (optional) 2 green onions, finely chopped, with onions
1. Heat waffle iron. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder and s alt. Add eggs and oil, beat with a whisk. Add potatoes, grated cheese, peppers and green onions, stir.
2. Grease a waffle iron with vegetable oil and pour ¼ tbsp. dough. Bake 5 minutes until browned. Bake the rest of the waffles in the same way (so that they do not cool down, put them on a baking sheet in an oven heated to 110ºС). Use an 8 cm cookie cutter to cut circles out of the wafers, if desired.
