Most recently, on the 6th floor of the Central Children's Store on Lubyanka, a bright opening of a new experimental project of the Rake restaurant chain took place. The new Grabli restaurant is not only a bright gastronomic experience, but also an interesting pastime, akin to traveling to an unknown world - the world of inventors and their mysterious mechanisms, adventurers, aeronauts and their crazy fantasies.

"Rake" has been supporting the International Festival of Children's and Youth Scientific and Technical Creativity "From Screw!", which takes place as part of the MAKS Aviation and Space Salon, for many years. It was communication with young scientists that inspired the founder of the restaurant chain to create a radically new engineering and gastronomic project with its own aeronautical park.
