But it turns out that having to sit in the middle seat as a child can make a child more ambitious as an adult.
Skoda concern researchers have suggested that children who are regularly forced to take the middle seat in the back seat are more ready for career struggles and business battles. And perhaps this is one of the reasons for their success.
According to a study, 90 percent of company directors in childhood were forced to occupy this most uncomfortable position. Eight out of ten respondents believe that the inconvenience associated with such a need has developed leadership qualities in them.
According to researchers, it is the need to be in uncomfortable conditions that develops adaptability and composure in children.
On the other hand, the older children usually sit in the middle seat "because the younger ones have to give in", and the eldest in a family of three children have to take responsibility for more than just the trip.
