One of her colleagues, who chose not to disclose her name, told the press that Alina regained her former shape thanks to fractional nutrition. As it turned out, the popular nutritionist Margarita Koroleva, who collaborates with such stars as Philip Kirkorov, Nikolai Baskov, Valeria and others, developed a unique technique and menu for the celebrity.
According to colleague Kabaeva, the former gymnast ate fractionally six times a day in small portions. Fried, s alty, chocolate and bread were completely excluded from her diet. Fans of the champion, having seen her fresh photos, noticed that Alina's figure has become even more chiseled than it was during her performances at the competitions.
