DRINK MORE WATER
This advice is as old as the world, but you still neglect it and your diet is dominated by coffee, energy drinks and soft drinks? But water is an important component responsible for the normal physical and mental functioning of the body and brain.
If plain water doesn't inspire you, then add a slice of lemon or mint leaves for a refreshing effect and taste.
So much has been said about the benefits of physical activity that we do not doubt your awareness. But theory is too little for the miraculous effect of sport to have a positive impact on your life. If you are too lazy to go to the fitness room and pull dumbbells, then at least do not neglect exercises. Go for a walk, stretch your muscles, or go for a little run. And immediately notice how the blood rushes to all parts of the body, you are filled with energy, and your mood rises.
SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS MORE
Nothing makes our lives better than being with the people we love. They can make you laugh, give valuable advice, or just keep quiet. Don't put off this important task! Call your old friend, invite him to lunch or dinner. You will see how the day immediately becomes much better!
Take a book that you have long wanted to read, but all hands did not reach. There is no need to rush anywhere - just enjoy reading and highlight interesting thoughts and ideas. By the way, in addition to having a good time, reading activates our brain activity, literally makes our brain develop new positive thoughts and forms a better outlook on life.
MAKE TIME FOR A HOBBY
When you're on a schedule, finding time to do what you love is a prime example of taking care of yourself. Do something that will bring you pleasure, even if the activity seems very strange. Have you long wanted to learn how to cross-stitch or remember the basics of beading? So do it, why pull? In this way, you can get rid of everyday stress and fill yourself with positive emotions.
Do you want to capture the brightest moments of life in your memory? Take pictures! And if that's not enough, print the most successful and funny photos for your album. Do you know people who still fill up albums with photos? We are not, but it's so nice to drop in and go back to where it was good.
LEARN TO RELAX
It happens that after a hard day's work we go to bed irritated and with painful thoughts about what the coming day will bring us. Thus, waking up in the morning with a good mood is simply impossible! And as you know, it is a positive attitude that is the key to a successful day. Therefore, do not forget to replenish your energy supply by devoting evening time to your own tranquility: listen to music, take a warm bath, light scented candles.
Can't buy yourself a delicious cake because you're on a diet? But allow yourself to treat yourself to something delicious once a week, because you are so good! For every achievement, reward yourself with a good meal, a walk in the park, or tickets to the sea. Of course, the reward must be commensurate with the achievements. Do not forget that when we treat ourselves well, new ideas and strength awaken in us to realize our plans.
Gratitude for all the good things can fundamentally change our perception of ourselves and our lives, making every day better than the previous one. Think about what you can really thank life for - for charming children, a loving husband, a promising job. Write it down on paper and remember it in moments when your world seems to be falling apart.
