The actress, who was banned from leaving the country by bailiffs due to an unpaid loan, decided to file a counterclaim and appeal the decision.
As it became known, the actress Anastasia Zavorotnyuk is unable to cope with her debt obligations. So, in the press there was news that the celebrity could not repay the loan issued to her in 2012 by Russian Mortgage Bank in the amount of more than half a million dollars in a timely manner. In this regard, the bailiffs forbade the artist to leave the country.
But Zavorotnyuk did not become inactive. The actress filed a counterclaim in which she asks to recognize this decision as illegal. According to Anastasia's lawyer, she is a well-known personality, an honored artist of Russia, and her activities are connected with tours and numerous trips abroad, and the decision made interferes with her work process in every possible way.
“The representative of the plaintiff indicates that the restriction on leaving the Russian Federation creates an obstacle for the applicant in conducting activities, which is her main source of income. In this regard, lawyer Zavorotnyuk asks to invalidate the decision of the bailiff for the Troparevo-Nikulino district dated August 10,”Alyona Samokhodkina, acting press secretary of the court, told Business FM. At the moment, nothing is known about the date of consideration of Anastasia's counterclaim.
