Asian Thick Soup

Asian Noodle Soup Time: 30 minutes

Quantity: 4 servings

6 skinless chicken thighs

2 tbsp. l. brown sugar

2 tbsp. l. soy sauce

300g dried egg noodles

2 tbsp. l. sesame oil

3 garlic cloves (chopped)

1 tbsp l. grated fresh ginger

1, 1L chicken broth

2 tbsp. l. white miso paste

125g oyster mushroom (cut)

2 pcs pak choi (you can also use romaine lettuce)

1. Preheat the oven on grill mode. Marinate chicken with sugar and soy sauce for 15 minutes. Grill under the grill until cooked through, turning occasionally. Cut into slices, removing the bones.

2. Boil the noodles according to package instructions and drain in a colander. 3. In the same saucepan, heat the sesame oil and fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add broth, 4 tsp. soy sauce and miso paste, bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and chopped lettuce, bring back to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Asian noodle soup almost ready.
