  1. Sift the flour into a wide bowl. Warm up 100 ml of milk a little, dilute the yeast. Make a well in the flour and pour in the yeast mixture, stir and add the remaining milk, sugar and s alt. Knead the bread dough. Set to rise in a warm place.
  2. Prepare the stuffing. For the garlic stuffing Peel the garlic cloves, chop, mix with chopped herbs and olive oil. For the onion filling Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil, s alt to taste and mix with chopped herbs. For the cheese filling grate the cheese on a fine grater, mix with herbs.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment. When the dough has doubled in size, put it on the table and knead well. Divide into 3 parts. Roll out each part in the form of a narrow baguette, make shallow cuts across the surface. Leave for another 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 220C, bake bread for 20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, make another slit with a knife in each baguette and put different types of filling inside. Place in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
