The singer became the hero of the program “Alone with Everyone” on Channel One, where, in a frank conversation with TV presenter Yulia Menshova, he spoke about the death of his brother and about reconciliation with his father, who left his family many years ago.
Slightly more than six months ago, singer Sergey Lazarev experienced a tragedy: his older brother Pavel died. The man got into an accident, after which he refused hospitalization, and a few days later he went to the doctors with a complaint of feeling unwell, who diagnosed him with internal bleeding. Unfortunately, the doctors failed to save the patient.
Sergey after that did not appear in public for a long time and avoided the attention of the press. But after a few months, the artist got together and began to engage in new creative projects. However, the artist has always shied away from questions about his brother's death. But recently Lazarev became a guest of the program "Alone with everyone" on Channel One, where TV presenter Yulia Menshova asked the singer questions about his personal life and relationships with family members.
So, the artist first spoke about his father, who left them when Sergey was five years old. Lazarev said that the tragic loss was able to bring him closer to his dad, and he began to work on restoring relations with him. “We were united by very sad and tragic news. We met at the funeral. I don’t have any big need for my dad, but I understand that maybe he needs it,”the singer admitted. He also added that he would do everything for his mother to make her happy. “I will break myself into a cake, but my mother will always be on top, she will have all the best. I understand that I have a little less time for my dad, but I can’t completely close myself off from him. Because one way or another, this is my father,” Sergey said in a frank conversation.
