  • Beef pulp - 0.5 kg
  • Olive oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Mustard - 2 teaspoons
  • Honey - 2 teaspoons
  • Basil - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika, red and black pepper - 0.5-1 teaspoon each
  1. Before cooking, the meat should be washed and lightly dried with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix spices, oil and honey, and add mustard.

  • Beef - 0.6 kg
  • Potato - 1 kg
  • Onion - 300 gr
  • Sour cream - 1 package 250-300 gr
  • Mustard and s alt to taste
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
  • Flour - 1 tsp
  1. Cut the beef into small cubes, put on the bottom of the pot and pour vegetable oil.
  2. The next layer will be the diced onion.
  3. Cover the pot with a lid and bake it all in the oven for 2 hours at 180 degrees.
  4. Mix sour cream, mustard, s alt and flour, mix well.
  5. Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry until golden brown, but not until done. Otherwise, beef with potatoes in the oven will turn into porridge.
  6. Put sour cream sauce in a pot, fried potatoes on top, mix thoroughly.
  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover and bake again for another 30 minutes at 150 degrees.
  8. Now everything is ready! Carefully remove from the oven, open the lid and serve directly in the pot.
