"It was truly a majestic sight!"

In the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, motorcyclists took up the protection of children. The mother of fourth-grader Xander Rose turned to Children's Advocates for help after her son was beaten again at school.
The guy was constantly humiliated for being fat and for his origin. He is a descendant of blacks and Indians. Classmates beat Xander almost daily, tore his clothes and notebooks.
Children can be disgustingly cruel, especially when adults turn a blind eye to it. The school administration assures that it is taking the most serious measures. But over the past school year, three teenagers who were bullied by classmates have committed suicide in the province.
"I didn't want my son to be next," Xander's mom said in an interview.
Children's Advocates reached out to local bikers, and on Wednesday morning the boy was escorted to school by tough men in leather jackets. They walked with him to school. They presented a vest with their own symbols and declared it under their protection.
