the most common way 1 - oven
No special skills required.
You will need:
- fish steak
- baking paper or foil
- baking pan
- s alt and pepper
How to cook:
- Remove the fillet from the refrigerator at least 5 minutes before cooking so that the fish is not too cold;
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees;
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil lightly oiled;
- Sprinkle fish with s alt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil (optional);
- If you have not skinned the fish, then the steak is placed skin side down and baked until done;
- Standard time 8-12 minutes.
Method number 2 - poached fish
You will need:
- fish steak;
- s alt; pepper (peas);
- ginger;
- leeks;
HOW TO COOK:
- Pour a small amount of water into a high pan and bring it to a boil.
- When the first bubbles appear, reduce the heat so that the water does not boil much;
- Add seasonings and spices: chopped ginger, onion and pepper;
- S alt the fish steak and put it in the pan;
- Cook about 10-15 minutes. Readiness can be checked with a fork.
