The film is based on the book by Ilya Vasiliev "Alexander Pechersky: a breakthrough into immortality". He will tell about the lieutenant of the Red Army, who in 1943 ends up in the Sobibor camp. The officer plans to organize a prisoner uprising. May 3 this year, "Sobibor" was released in cinemas. By the way, the idea of the plot was proposed to Khabensky by the Minister of Culture of Russia Vladimir Medinsky.
