Valentin Gaft is credited with a joke: "It's not so scary to die as the fact that Bezrukov will play you later." Critics often ridicule the actor for his versatility. Why does he get all the best?

Bezrukov was born into an acting family: his father Vitaly Bezrukov was a famous actor and director who spent many years in the capital's Satire Theater. He named his son in honor of the poet Sergei Yesenin, beloved with all his heart, and really did not want Serezha to follow in his footsteps. However, it was he who taught his little son, who was carried away by the school theater circle, to live the role, and not play it.
Whether the younger Bezrukov was going to the theater since childhood, or already as a teenager, having discovered talent in himself, he understood where he would go - it is not known. It is known that Sergei was a very diligent student and graduated from school with almost perfect marks.
Without difficulty, Bezrukov entered the Moscow Art Theater School and … went to other theatrical theaters to try his luck. He went to all theatrical universities in which he entered. The artistic young man came to the selection committee as if he were at home - with a guitar and a tape recorder, with songs and dances.
Becoming

The Moscow Art Theater graduated with honors, got a place there and quickly established himself as a good actor. But the film career was much slower. Only at the start of the 2000s will the whole country dress up as his Sasha Bely, speak like Sasha Bely and even create their own "Brigades".
300 actors auditioned for the role of Bely, the director did not approve anyone. Everything was wrong: they didn’t stand like that, they didn’t talk like that, they didn’t feel some kind of core of a person who can control the criminal world.
Bezrukov, famous among theater directors for his versatility, it was decided to invite at the last moment. How a golden-haired young man with wide-open eyes quickly adopted the manners of a criminal authority - only the acting god knows. But - a fact: Bezrukov was approved after a couple of small scenes.
Main roles
After the film, he was called to a variety of projects, where Sergei Vitalievich had to transform into a variety of images. One of the most significant for him was the role of Sergei Yesenin, because he was named after the poet. Critics reacted ambiguously to this work, however, recognizing that Bezrukov reads Yesenin's poems brilliantly.
Colleagues talk about the period when Bezrukov played Pushkin. The entire film crew was numb with horror when the poet was "dying" in violent writhing. Bezrukov seemed to really live the last days, the last hours of Pushkin's life, he physically felt the pain from his injury.
Another difficult role, the character of which needed to be turned with a new facet, went to Bezrukov during the filming of High Security Vacation. There, the actor again had to play a crime boss, but a completely different one.
Colleagues said that Bezrukov had to work on the new character. In his interview, he is surprised at the question of the similarity of one bandit with another and says that it should have been a completely different person. The role of the actor was successful again. The viewer never for a moment drew a parallel between the elegant and daring White and the comical and slightly sad Twilight.
A flurry of criticism hit the creators of the film “Vysotsky. Thanks for being alive". At first, moviegoers generally missed the information that the main role went to Bezrukov: he and Vysotsky have too different types. But then the gossip came true: the famous poet and musician was indeed played by Sergei Vitalievich. This work also had fans and critics, but there were no those who recognized Bezrukov from the first frames.
In addition to these roles, the actor's collection has many diverse and talented films. What else will the actor surprise the public with? One can only guess.
