Sudden stop caused dissatisfaction among the passengers. But when they found out the reason for the flight delay, they changed their anger to mercy.

Turks are known for their kind attitude towards stray animals. For cats and dogs in city parks, rest islands are organized where they can eat, drink water and relax on beautiful sunbeds. Help is never denied to an animal in distress. Confirmation of this is the numerous videos filmed by eyewitnesses of human mercy towards our smaller brothers.
And recently, a kind act of an ordinary tram driver - Serhat Topal, who interrupted the flight in order to save the turtle, was caught on the city surveillance camera. The tiny reptile crossed the tram tracks but couldn't make it onto the sidewalk. Serhat noticed the animal's desperate attempts to climb to the top, stopped the tram and got out of the car to help him.
The video footage shows how a man, taking a turtle in his hands, spins for some time in place, not knowing where it is better to take the animal. He then leans over the hedge and places the reptile on the walkway. The turtle immediately heads towards the green grass in the opposite direction from the tram tracks.
Later it became known that not all tram passengers calmly reacted to the sudden stop. Many of them were in a hurry about their business and did not want to waste a minute. But when they found out the reason for the flight delay, they changed their anger to mercy and calmly waited for the driver.
Serhat himself says he couldn't leave an animal in trouble. If he hadn't taken the tortoise over the fence, it might have been run over by a tram and died. “All living beings are our friends,” says Serzat, “and we must treat them with love. Each of us should consider it our duty. So I just did my duty.”
And recently, two fishermen recaptured a turtle from a tiger shark. The breathtaking scene of her rescue was captured on video.
